Here are a few major tips from myself for anyone who wants to loose weight, and know I didnt just Google this and pretend to be a Mr. No all, number one, and one of the most important is ur own reliance, depend on no one, self motivation, a brisk walk in the morning on an empty stomach, r run?? But eat as soon as ur home, ear 5 r 6 small portions daily, when food goes into our system our metabolism kicks in, u have to eat to loose weight, eat The last of ur carbs by 4 r 5 in the evening, any food after that just protein contents,drink a glass of water and squeeze a lemon into it after ur main meal, it flushes the system, obviously eat healthy but how we cook it is important, and finally lads,,,the best till last, Im not a qualified nutritionist are gym instructor personal trainer yet, but Ive done a lot of reading over the years on fitness and health, and I have to go against when weight watchers tell their clients its okkkkk to drink diet drinks like coke etc, diet coke lads has an ingredient called aspartame, its used as a sweetener, to replace lack of sugar contents, aspartame is lethal for numerous reasons, and certainly adds weight...happy training and dieting lads, best of luck...
