Here are some things to repeat to yourself when you have those moments when you think you cannot do it. I CAN! I CAN get up and go exercise! I CAN only eat one slice of pizza and not eat the whole pizza! I CAN enjoy a banana instead of 900 calorie banana nut muffin! I CAN eat sweets in moderation! I CAN change my lifestyle! I CAN lose a few pounds! I CAN influence other people’s health choices! I CAN be a success story! I CAN run a mile without stopping! I CAN stop mindless snacking! I CAN smile while doing all of these things. **** I would like to thank each of you for being so supportive and I am proud of you all for making changes to be healthy. We have a great group of people on here****
