Here are the highlights from Last Saturday at our Mount Pearl location where we had cooking demonstrations from Chefs Jeremy Charles of Raymonds and Chef Todd Perrin of Mallard Cottage. The event was a success inspiring us to prepare seal meat in non traditional ways. Our partner for the event was Carino our local seal processor.
