Here are the rules: 1. One representative from each team is required to fill out an online team application form to be considered for participation. This will be submitted through the spreadsheet on Facebook. The deadline to apply for a spot in the tournament will next week (JULY 27th). Note that we require a minimum of ten teams. 2. A team of Five (5) players* with registered names and IGNs of each member. 3. Each team is permitted one substitute player** in the situation that a member is absent on the day of the tournament. 3. A team name (does not necessarily have to be an established Rank Team) has to be sent to host. 4. The hosts will decide upon dates a week in advance for players to get ready to play (Tournament is played in August) 5. If a mistake happens within the first five minutes of the game, restarts are allowed (i.e wrong masteries, wrong runes, or wrong summoner spells). 6. Game must go on: If an issue occurs, each team is allowed a total of 10 minutes of pause time. After this amount of pause time, if a player is unable to play after already starting the match, the game will go on. 7. The matches held in this tournament will be Tournament Draft. Essentially the format of Ranked Queue, both teams will be able to ban three champions of their choice and a turn-for-turn champion select will be in effect. 8. All Five (5) team members (excluding substitute player) must be present 10 minutes prior to their match in order for proper organization. Inability to meet these requirements will result in automatic forfeit. 9. **Each team of Five (5) is permitted one substitute player, given the substitute player is not a participating member of any other team in the tournament. Unless having participated in the actual tournament, substitutes do not receive prizes; however, only five prizes will be awarded to each winning team. Therefore if a substitute were to receive a prize, one main player would relinquish their prize to the substitute. ***Prizes will vary.
