Weve come to a place in this state where the common man cant hand out educational materials, but the state employed firefighters can. Id like to know what special training these people have that we dont that allow them to violate an ordinance? There is a thing called equal protection in our constitution. This ordinance is unconstitutional. We, the People, need to start standing up to ALL of these encroachments, no matter how trivial. Its when we allow the trivial ones that government feels justified to pass even more restrictive infringements on your rights. This is why I frequent city council meetings, school board meetings, etc.
