Here are the rules posted by Mark when we made the group...they still remain the same. Every day will be a theme and I or Mark or another admin will post what the theme is. As we had it before, you can request a theme because my brain will tire out from trying to think of them..LOL. Also this is important. If you do not want to receive notifications, turn them off for the page. I have mine turned off and will view the page when I get home from work to see what all was posted.
