Here are the two events we are participating in prior to our first practice on March 31st: Sat. March 22nd from 8:30 am to 9:00am - Moving of the boats from Willamette Park to River Place. Sat. March 29th: Eye Dotting Ceremony and Parade of Dragon Boats. Teams should arrive at the dock between 11:30 and 11:45 to stage the boats. The ceremony begins at noon; the eye dotting will be at 12:30, and the parade will conclude by 1:00. If you can participate, let us know here so we have an idea on how many people we’ll have for each event.
