Here at Tattoo Charlies we strongly recommend getting your tattoos right-side-up and facing forward. |This means the bottom of the tattoo closer to your feet when standing at rest and generally facing with the body. An upside down tattoo, particularly on the wrist, is nearly always going to be upside down when most people see it. Lettering and crosses upside down on the wrist make it nearly impossible to add to in the future if you decide you want more tattoos on your forearm (who knows what 20 years in the future holds?). Adding a design near the upside down lettering will almost always clash with the existing tattoo. We want you to be happy with your tattoos, not just for a few months, but for decades to come.
