Here cames my 2. day.. I tried to calculate the calories with the https://cronometer/ but I dont know if i did a good job on calculating.... Breakfast: Banana Smoothie: 7 Bananas, 200g of Bilberries, 1,5l Water => Around 900 Calories (?) couldn’t find the calories of Bilberries Lunch: 4 Mangos, 2 peaches = 886 calories Snack: 1 pomegranate = 234 calories and 1 banana = 105 calories Dinner: Soup with 4 copus of spinach (28cl), 4 tomatoes (108cl) , peas (117) , 2 potatoes (136) and about 400g noodles (400cl) = 790 calories ===>> Cant believe that! 400g noodles just have 400cl??!! Exercise: 30 min. on the bike, not exhausting because tomorrow is my running day… Water and tee: about 3l Thanks for all your comments!
