I feel very bad for him and worse for the idiots who show such disrespect toward him by heckling. Of course hes not as fleet fingered as he once was, does not have the stamina nor the vocal prowess he once did. However, he has been doing this pretty much non-stop since 1952. I have seen him at least 30 times, shared the stage and great conversation with him several times and like many others, been strongly influenced by both his music and life trajectory. He was always gracious and encouraging as well as a rascal and funny. There are powers that be that will not permit him to retire , even if he wanted to.
