Here goes my bonehead move for the night ... So after laying around all day, I decided to get something to eat. I remembered that there are English muffins in the kitchen so I went in there and proceeded to toast to English muffins extra crispy by the way . To get them extra crispy I make sure that I toast them twice. . Then I remember there was some pastrami in the fridge so I took some of the pastrami and put it on the hot crispy english muffin with some mustard. Then I took a huge bite! Forgetting that I have a sore on the roof of my mouth from eating something that was way too hot the other day!!! I cannot tell you the pain!... the pain was ridiculous ! Im telling you being sick and alone is a terrible combination.
