Here goes nothing. For some reason August is the month for me to make life changing things happen. August 2008 I went through divorce, gambling addiction, shopping addiction, and started my weight loss journey. I succeeded quite well i was loving the new me. until I lost my MOJO. Weight came back on, eating out, no gym time in my schedule. Well its August 2014. The life change is in in the air. Once I lost Zach in November 2013 to the horrible accident that we all done understand. My life stopped but time kept going by. I got really depressed and have gained more weight. I am adjusting to the loss a little better today. But its still really hard at times. Now Im really concerned more than ever about my weight and health. So I am here to say this day at a time weight loss journey is about to begin. Thank you everybody for your continued support, calls, texts, chat of concern. Zach I know I have disappointed you with my weight gain I will make myself and you and everybody else proud. Looking forward to a healthier and happier Becky by Summer 2015 for my HighSchool 20 year Anniversary. YOU CANT TURN BACK THE CLOCK. BUT YOU CAN WIND IT UP AGAIN!!!!
