Second problem, the receipt have to be valid VAT receipts in the customers country of origin guided by their legal requirements this includes: language, tax code ref, identifying certain address details, information on right of return, which has to be the law of country of origin of the customer. Third problem: micro- and small businesses may not be allowed to register with some MOSS sites. Fourth problem: anybody is liable to fines if they get it wrong according to the tax code in the country of origin of the customer. Solution? None and good luck with that.
