Here is a beggar, who came to Jesus. I met this guy at Gospel Crusades 2014 and invited him to church. Thenceforth, he has been attending church every Sunday. As usual, after the service is over, He come forward and asked me to pray for him. I raise my hand and while I am keeping my hand on him. He said, Please do not touch me, I asked him “why you do not want me to touch you. He answered “I am unclean, I smell bad, I am dirty. And you look clean and fresh. So please pray without keep your hand on me. Tears rolled out of my eyes. I told him, “I was unclean; I use to smell bad with my sins. But JESUS made me whole. Jesus cleanses my sins and gave a new life. By saying these words I hold his hands and pull him close to me and hug him with Christ Love. I showed the beggar how Jesus hug me, when I was unclean and stink. He started crying… and I asked all about him. He belongs to a Hindu family and had a wife and kids. From many years he has been seeking to know more about Jesus. He tried to go to church in other villages, but when he went to church, he had a bitter experience there. Every one at that church keeps him far. Somehow, his wife and kids left him. From many weeks, I thought to talk to him after the service. But, he uses to sit at the church door and leave the church before any one. But Sunday before last Sunday I did not want to miss talk to him. So, I said one of my church members to ask him to wait after the Sunday service. Finally I started spoke to him. He came to the Lord couple of years ago. But he was rejected everywhere. Even some churches rejected him. I think those churches forgot “Church is not for saints. Church is for sinners”. This poor man with wounds all over his body wants to spend time with/in HIS presence. But no one invited him into church. They asked him to sit out side of the church. Jesus did not push sick, leper’s people away. He met them, touches them, spoke to them and healed them. When Jesus spoke to those weak/sick people, they were half healed by knowing there is someone (JESUS) to talk to them. Because everyone, everyone out there rejected them. Those sick people thought, they have no one to share their feelings, loves, and sadness. Like this way, most Christians do not wish to touch him, even do not want to talk to this poor guy. The disease made wounds on his body. But the behavior of the Christians made wounds on his heart. The wounds on his heart hurt him a lot then the wounds on his body. He is working at a Hindu family. But they never pay him. The Hindu family is just using him as a robot. Whenever he is hungry he begs on streets. I take him to my home, fed him, gave him few used clothes and gave some money to buy medicine. I am glad to see him at the church every Sunday. All he need is JESUS. Jesus is able to heal his wounds. Friends, please pray for this man of Faith. He believes Jesus can heal him. He said, He is missing Gospel Meetings. He is waiting for the Gospel Meetings 2015.
