Here is a classic Independent Contractors. We agrees to pay you, the sum of $50.00 for handling each set of loan documents unless determined to be a simultaneous closing of which $30.00 will be disbursed for the 2nd set. Handling of loan documents to include reviewing documents with the borrowers, verification of borrowers signatures, notarization of appropriate areas and travel. We shall not be liable to signer for any costs or expenses incurred by signer in the performance of services rendered by signer under the terms hereof, unless We shall first have expressly agreed in writing to accept such liability.
