Here is a disgusting situation that just happened to me. Ok I made a pot roast the other day and tried to put too many peelings down my cheap garbage disposal so it stopped working. I tried to use the tool to turn the disposal. It turned it but the sink with stuff in it didnt drain. I finally talked to a friend who told me that I needed to put a big pan where the u-joint is in the pipes and use a wrench to open it so that the stuff that is there and probably has been there forever goes into the pan. I should have done it earlier in the day but i wasnt looking to doing it. So I finally manned up and did it. It took me forever to undo the pipes and there was a lot of moldy stuff down there that I had to shake the pipe to get it all into the pan. Yuck!! So then I pulled the pan from under the sink and as I stood up, I slipped and the pan of yuck splashed into my face and all over my clothes.I got some old towels and threw them on the yuck and shut the dogs into the bedroom so they wouldnt get into it. I an really thankful that I wear glasses so the evil moldy really stinky slime didnt get into my eyes much. On the way to the shower I threw my clothes in the washing machine and went into me decontamination chamber (shower) and took the longest, most thorough shower I have taken in a long time - even ran out of warm water. So now I have to put the pipes back together, pick up the towels and put them in the trash and steam clean the floor. What fun!!! I am taking a break - also called procrastination. YucK!
