Here is a quick legs,glutes,calves workout you can do. I put this together. The workout consist of stationary lunges with 5 squats between each lunge for speed. Do not lock your knees on the squats. Single leg press 10 on each leg, Speed squats. Get a lil lower than I was,but do not lock knees. Make sure you stay on back of heels. Leg extension for speed keep legs from locking. Squat jumps. Calves raises in,out,normal equal one set. The purpose of bot locking on squats and extension is to keep traction on the muscle and for endurance. Workout Stationary lunges superset w/squats 4×10 Single leg press 4×10 each leg Speed squats 100 reps taking 5 sec rest when tired Single Leg extension 3x15 each leg Leg curls 3x15 Dumbell squat jumps 4×10 Box step ups 3x12 each leg Normal,in, wide calves raises 3×30 each
