Here is a quick workout for your #abs that you can do anywhere! The only equipment needed is a dumbbell or kettlebell. If those are not available, use a simple object at home like a book. Depending on your fitness level, perform each exercise for 30-60 seconds for 3-5 sets. 1⃣ Plank Climb + DB Pull: Start in a plank position with the dumbbell sitting to the side. Push yourself up from your elbows to your hands into a push up position. Next, reach across your body and pull the dumbbell over to the opposite side. Repeat. This move can be modified on your knees. 2⃣ Russian Twist + Halo Crunch: In a sitting position with feet crossed and elevated, hold your dumbbell with both hands and twist side to side four times. From there, lean back and let your momentum carry you down to the ground. Use that same momentum to rock yourself back up from the ground to the starting position. Next, circle the dumbbell around your head back to the starting position. Repeat. Modify this exercise by not elevating your feet or rocking down/up to the ground. 3⃣ X-Taps + Dumbbell Slide: In a push up position with the dumbbell underneath you, tap your right foot with your left hand. Next, tap your left foot with your right hand. Then slide the dumbbell back. Repeat the same tapping movements and slide the dumbbell forward. Repeat.
