Here is a testimony, interesting ... WHY I HAVE CONVERTED TO ISLAM IN 1981 ... I came to Islam, there is 31 years old , after a long political and spiritual journey began in 1961 with a belief in God, of course, but also by disobedience and rejection of idols and powers , other than the God of all rule and all bondage. " There is no god but God ": " La ilaha illa llah " is the very Essence of Islam and the liberating message of men and peoples , the most hidden and fought by governments and individuals for their balance . I obviously know me by individuals who call themselves Muslims but are actually worshipers of power and servants of oppression. I do not recognize me either by dogmatists obsessed with minor details , but " forget " or disguise this Pillar of Islam and betray the basis of Sharia : Mercy and Mercy in wishing a ruthless application to the authors of small human and forgiving sins idolaters, torturers and oppressors. The idolatry of power being the worst idolatry , because it leads to the worst barbarity and bestiality that we see every day.
