Here is a video of how Derren Brow tries to explain exactly what makes people religious. The basic concept is that we are all somewhat hardwired to have tendencies of believing in supernatural things. His explanation is simple psychology of the human mind. So, what do you think? Do you think the reason certain people believe in a god or gods and certain people do not simply comes down to psychological reasons? Or, do you think it just comes down to ignorance (either ignorance of science or ignorance of religion, depending on your world view), or even something else?
