Here is a video of the vibrating pipes in the jacuzzi room we stayed in. Called and complained and was told we could be moved but this would be the 2nd time we were moved because the first room had cockroaches everywhere which I have pictures of. Ive contacted management several times with no call back. And when I call Im being told the manager named brittany is off the property and she will give me a call back. Its been almost over 2 weeks. Also I wrote a post about the cockroaches and glitchy facebook deleted it. Hmmm. I want a full refund.
