Here is a video of tricep work out. I always target two muscle groups in my routine. So for example chest and arms on Monday, back and shoulders on Wednesday, legs and abs on Friday,Sunday light hike or cardio. I repeat this routine for about 3 weeks then I switch up the rotation to not cause a platue and continue to grow the muscle. There are different styles of training this is just my own unique way of training but definitely feel free to experiment to see which one works the best for you. Keep in mind the slower and controlled the repetition the more tension to the muscle which will give you that burning sensation. This is one way your body tells you that your muscle will be growing the following day.
