Here is an article that I wrote some years ago about Child protective services. One could almost completely acquire a masters degress on tyranny just studying what has been happening in the Child Protecive Services the last 30 plus years. It has grown and become almost un detectable, unpenetrable and thus not fixable, system. At the time I wrote this, many conspiracists were calling Bush a tyrant. I compared what Bush was accused of with what CPS does every day. It is still valid.
