Here is an interesting viewpoint on the causes of black violence. We believe that this position has merit and could be a good place to start. We also believe the creation of the welfare state started in roughly the same time frame. This may have been a 1-2 punch for many urban black men. We believe the lack of jobs in urban areas can be solved. We are not sure if ending the welfare state is possible short of American bankruptcy. What do you think?
