Here is another gripe. Every morning I enter an interstate and then quickly have to exit to another interstate. I pull to the merge lane and generally stop and go about 1/2 mile up and through the turn. Every day as you move up the line cars come rushing down the interstate as 65 passing hundreds of cars and jamming their way into open spaces. It slows the process entirely down but it never changes. About 60 cars do that in the 10 minutes I am going to and through the turn. Every day there is a hot chicken contest somewhere where someone is trying to jam their way in and someone is not going to let them in. The result is they get stopped out in a lane on a fast and busy 65 mph road. Someone always lets everyone who trys to get in eventually. I would say half the cars ahead of me each day pushed their way ahead of me. You gotta wonder why it is hand guns everyone is worried about when Texas roads are over 2,000 deaths already this year. Last year was like 3,400 deaths. The year before 3,100 deaths. This year will be more because more holidays are to come. You gotta wonder!
