So what does government plan on doing about it? Capping it or delaying price increases? How does that help? Price fixing does NOT help situations - it either A reduces the quality of the product being capped or reduces the supply of the item being capped. Is that a better situation? If government wants to help - reduce the effects and likelihood of flooding. Spend more money on ways to prevent water from coming in from the bay. Put in more drainage in the streets, etc. Please government start thinking before reacting!!
