Here is my first draft of a model petition to demand research to prove or disprove the usages of aluminum to the increased incidence of ALZHEIMERS DISEASE. Your comments are vital to any further actions by me - and I consider this topic as vital to all old geezers firstly and then also to all their loved ones - not just in America but in the world! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PETITION REGARDING ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE, RATES OF INCREASE IN THE AGING AND OTHER GROUPS, AND EXTENT OF CORRELATION TO PROLIFICALLY-INCREASED USES OF ALUMINUM IN MANY PRODUCTS. This petition is addressed to many persons and entities as it deliberately covers many conflicting sub-issues. These related sub-issues include the following: 1/ Corporate dominance of the executive, legislative and judicial branches of all levels of governments and also of tribunals and trade treaties – at all levels - local, state, federal and international. 2/ Economic theories promulgated in America since mid-1800s that corporations’ only duties are : a/ to maximize revenues and resulting profits and b/ to minimize expenses and losses and c/ to return the highest consistent return on capital to management and shareholders and d/ to absolve management and ownership from all personal liability – both civil AND criminal in their known and acknowledged pursuit of these three aforementioned goals and objectives. 3/ The need to get to the truth and to cut out all negative resistance to all such needed research by : a/ absolving all personages and corporations of all past deeds committed – either knowingly or unknowingly – that have rendered assistance to product development, marketing and distribution – firstly to America citizenry and also to the other myriad peoples of the world that have used aluminum, either as part of the product itself or as part of the packaging for use and/or consumption; or as a tool in the use or consumption of other products, and b/ exempting all personages and corporations from product liability lawsuits and damages for all such past activities and from shareholder lawsuits for monetary damages by reckless pursuit of profits and failure to disclose material contingent adverse findings to shareholders. NOW THIS GOES AGAINST THE GRAIN OF EVERYTHING AMERICAN THAT IS IN ME, AS THE AUTHOR, BUT SUCH ACTIONS ARE CONSIDERED A VITAL EXPEDIENT TO GET TO TRUTH AND TO END THE FUTURE SUFFERING OF UNTOLD MILLIONS WHO HAVE TRUSTED THEIR GOVERNMENTS AND THEIR CORPORATIONS TO CONSIDER THEM AND THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH AS AN EQUAL STAKEHOLDER TO SHAREHOLDER PROFITS. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ NO ! I am not a lawyer - I am just a retired Federal bank examiner who formerly wrote jargon like this - and if nobody else takes up the torch - I will - if and when I am elected to Congress as the oldest guy ever elected to that [ig]noble body that takes up time, space and money in Washington DC.
