Here is my junkpile homebrew FT-817 to-go project. Need to find a suitable backpack now. Besides the stock battery pack I have a 5000mah and 2200mah lipo below. Picked up the bluetooth dongle that is attached on the side so I can use with android. Fairly light since it is mostly aluminum. Stand velcros to bottom for storage. I wanted something easy enough to take on the go but easy to use at home with power supply. Not pretty but was cheap to make and serves its purpose
