Here is my low carb chili made with my black soy beans. I dont know how many carbs there are in a serving but this is what I put in it. Ground beef and Jimmy Deans breakfast sausage browned grease drained Onions Red and green peppers sautéed in olive oil 1 can tomatoes with green chilies 1 can tomatoes with green peppers celery and onions 1 can tomato sauce 8 oz 1 can tomato paste 6 oz 1 can black soy beans rinsed A little beef broth Water Cumin Chili powder Equal 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
