Here is my recipe for the debbie egg,cheese and ham turnovers scramble 6 eggs dont cook all the way through they have to be wet and shiny put in fridge to cool 10 minutes grease cookie sheet I use the puff pastry from walmart found in the freezer section and 2 sheets come in one package I used one sheet got 4 good sized turnovers from it, put one slice of ham on each pastry square then some of your egg and top it off with shredded cheddar cheese fold them over and pinch together brush top of turnovers with an egg wash and bake 400 for 25 minutes you can also replace ham with sausage if you dont get this google it lol and enjoy- Trudy Roberts-Boon
