Here is proof that Officer L. D. Land of the Danville Police Department (SCU) Street Crime Unit lied under oath in Circuit Court stating that they knocked and waited 15 seconds and announce themselves before they illegally entered my residence on September 25th, 2013. Violating the 4th Amendment Bill of Rights and Article I, Section 10, of the Virginia Constitution declares: That general warrants, whereby an officer or messenger may be commanded to search suspected places without evidence of a fact committed, or to seize any person or persons not named, or whose offense is not particularly described and supported by evidence, are grievous and oppressive, and ought not to be granted. This section is self-executing because it (1) is part of a bill of rights; (2) prohibits particular conduct, namely the issuance of general warrants for search or the seizing of a person without a proper warrant; and (3) is of a negative character, stating that seizure of a person where there is insufficient evidence of a crime is not allowed in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
