Here is the MOD from yesterday. WU - Squat Suspended body rotation Rotational rocking (eighths, quarters, halves) Back roll Foot/hand balance Balance walk Balance run Combo - team of four (two linked drills, one member doing one drill by metric, the other three performing the other until their time in the rotation) Each set x 2. eg - 1st team member wall ball x 10 while the other three do foot/hand balance. When the first person gets 10 the next begins wall ball and the 1st begins the foot/hand balance. The rotation continues until each team member has done two of the measured skill. Wall ball (chest throw and catch) x 10 Foot/hand balance Dead lift x 15 Leg swing jump Run 180m Rotational rocking / back roll (choice) Split squat walk 10m Low squat (held) I personally substituted 120 ape walk for the run (I have a muscle I need to heal).
