Here is the activity from 5-25-14 (didnt make the deadline for the paper) The Mountain View Police Department reports the following activity for the period of 5-25-14. 23 traffic stops, 80 calls for service, 12 reports taken, 1 arrest made, 3 accidents worked, 8 traffic citations issued, 7 traffic warnings issued, and 154 hours of training. Also officers responded to a noise complaint on Massey, 3 reports of wreckless drivers, assisted in returning a lost purse that was located by a good citizen at the city park, took a reports of attempted break in at Mesa Vista, from a local business where a customer refused payment for services rendered, reported that 2 juveniles ran away, were located later that morning, break in and theft at golf course, theft at residence on Clarence Street and Assisted deputies on wreckless driver call, harassment call and trespassing call.
