Here is the third Tai Chi & Qigong for wellness video lesson. In this video I introduce a Qigong exercise called lifting the sky this Qigong exercise is great for gently awakening the body and stretching your spine. Lifting the Sky is a very popular Qigong exercise, great for Beginners. An ideal exercise to practise each morning and wonderful to do as a regular break from sitting down.
