Here it is Fam!!! This was your first workout with me! Today I want you to go a bit harder and aim for a second go round! Notice how far you have come, because it wont feel half as hard!!! Lets Get It!!! *Warm Up - *March in place for 1 minute *Jog in place for 1 minute *Finish warm up with 30 jumping jacks *Work out - *20 squats *50 jump ropes ( if you do not have a jump rope mimic jumping rope) *Front lunges 10-12 each leg *15 Sumo jump squats *Wall push ups 12-15 ( same as push-ups with hands against wall ) *20 mountain climbers *Side lunge 10 per leg *Hop-outs 15 (From frog position kick legs out behind you and hop to pull them back in... Repeat for 15 *Bicycle crunches 50 Repeat exercises 1 to 2 more times for best results! Thank you for working out with NikkiLoveslife Sent from my iPad
