I find them detestable for several reasons. Ultimately everyone will need to make their own judgements. Advertencia (ARG) C+ Advocate (CO) C+ Amethyst (WA) B+ Bizzare combination of Death Metal and Hair Metal, super weird, not really Thrash, but where else do you put that? Antic (GA) I Arise (NOR) I Arnion (BRA) C- Believer (PA) A Would be an A+ if it werent for some very plodding and aimless recent albums. Betrayal (CA) A- Would be an A+ if not for strangely thin guitar tone and whiny punkish vocals. BloodBath (HI) C- Boarders (ITA) A- Burnt Fase (CO) B+ Consecrator (TX) A+ Deathless (PR) A- Decision D (NED) A Deliverance (CA) A Early Thrash, later Progressive Detritus (ENG) A Disaffection (BRA) A- Disinterment (WA) D+ Drop Dead (IN) A- Closest thing ever to Vengeance without being Vengeance. Final Prophecy (FL) B Habitance (TX) C- Bonus points for songs and musicianship, minus points for a DREADFUL singer, would otherwise be an A- Hating Evil (BRA) A- Heavens Force (TX) A+ First Christian Thrash band, one of the very first Thrash bands ever; Singer/Drummer Dave Gryder went on to help form Rotting Corpse (TX). Heavens Rage (USA)/Lucid (USA) B+ Heirborne (MO) D Hell Denied (CA) C- Holy Rite (AUS) I Hotopsy (FRA) A- Immortal (NY) B+ Could have been better but the demo mixing is so bad its hard to tell. Imperium (CHI) I Join The Dead (CA) B- Judgement (CA) B Last Rites (GA) B+ Should be a B, but bonus points for being the only practicing Catholic Thrash artist to have actually released an album. Living Sacrifice (AK) A First album only. Later on the released two albums of subpar death metal and several horrid metalcore albums; one the saddest stories in music history. Mashiaj (VEN) A En Espanol. Some theological problems, but the church in their country was destroyed by communism. So perhaps they can get a pass on that... for now. Minier (CA) A- Mission Of Christ (CAN) C Mortal Enemy (CO/GER) A+ Horrid Production, amazing material. Ask me for my remaster. Mortal Immunity (OH) B+ Too thrashy to be Groove Metal, too slow and groovy to be Thrash. Lets call them Post-Thrash (a term often applied to Pantera before Groove Metal became a thing). Moshketeers (NM) A Oil (CA) A- Featuring Ron Reinhart of Dark Angel (CA), not properly Thrash at all, more Groove Metal, but since most Groove Metal isnt metal at all, Oil lands here. Ordained Fate (WI) A- The Female vocals give it kind of a Power Metal feel, but its midtempo Thrash. Possession (KA) A- Really Dark and Avant-Garde Reborn (BRA) A Sacrament (PA) A+ Sacred Slaughter (TX) B- Held back by poor vocals Sacredfice (ITA) A- Really more speed/power metal with some thrashy influences; also the singer, though talented, is grossly overreaching. Sculpture (NED) A- Arguably more Death/Thrash Sebaoth (BOL) A Seventh Angel (ENG) A- Step Cousin (MO) A- Arguably more Groove Metal, like a cross between Pantera and new Tourniquet Temple Of Blood (AL) A- Would be an A or A+ if the singer had a little more restraint. Thresher (PA) A+ Some low budget production issues, but no worse than Metallicas big budget production issues. Threshing Sledge (PA) B+ Great songs, sloppy playing. Very listenable, but should be better executed. Tourniquet (CA) A Truster (BRA) B Points docked for crappy vocals Ultimatum (AZ) A- Vengeance Rising (CA) A aka Vengeance VesTigium Dei (BRA) C+ Viking (CA) A+ First album not Christian. All subsequent material is Christian due to Ron Ericksons conversion. One of the all time great Thrash bands. Warself (BRA) C
