Here on Missed Lift Monday its not a missed lift but a sloppy one... Here three position snatch from the floor + below the knee + above the knee.. My weakness with my snatch is the at the knees, let me explain before your like that your best lift Starting from the ground I can start upright and go through low hang quickly and from the high hang I am the best because I am quick under the bar but at the low hang I always roll forward to the balls of my feet and struggle to extend and get my head through.
