Here we are in busy season again & today, we started a 30 day liquid diet. Probably not a great idea, but, here we go. (again, will post pics of creations later)....DAY ONE: Arbonne Chocolate Protein Shake with frozen banana & water..... One Can ea. Progresso Tomato Soup & Lentils (puree with fresh garlic, italian herbs, mexican hot sauce, white pepper, and onion powder- heat, add a few sprinkles of parm as a cheat & enjoy)..... WATER BREAK.... Next- one can ea chicken broth & onion cream soup. Heat. Add fresh broccoli stems first, then tops. Get hot. Puree. Enjoy. We added lots of pepper here, also. ....we figure if everything has white pepper, red pepper, hot sauce, etc, then we are NOT fasting......Last meal today- Arbonne Protein with tons of ice and not much water. It is ice creammy.
