Here we are, the first day of December. First candle lit on the advent wreath yesterday and the first bit of chocolate out of the advent calendar today. I think its time I got into the Christmas spirit and started stuffing my face. Off down to get some mince pies, just love them. Have to be strict with myself, I restrict myself to eating them only during the month of December. This means that I only have 31 days to eat 365 days worth. Its a tough job but I think that I have the self discipline and single mindedness to carry it off! Wish me luck! As I participate in my self imposed task I am, as usual, accompanied by some great music from the i-Pod, the best of which, today, has to be Every Kind Of People by Robert Palmer. Robert was a real class act and made some brilliant music, sadly missed.
