Okay, employee complaints...yea, everyone wants to hear about that, I know. But for the three years I have worked at the college, every single semester and there are four of them per year, I have had to redo my syllabus because the college changes it. 12 times in three years! Come on. We are not writing the U.S. constitution, the Gettys. Address or a new Beverly Connor novel. I really want to know who is at the upper level changing tiny things every semester. Then I want them to go to, well you know.....if not there at least on a slow boat to China with no computers.
