Here we go...back press(glorified squat with a weighted bar on you shoulder, softly bent knees), bench press (lying down on bench, feet flat on ground, basically a chest press) and dead lifts (weighted bar in front, feet slightly under the bar, softly bent knees, grab bar and stand up straight.). Object today was to gradually increase the weight until you max out. 5 sets. NOTE: I am by far no trainer, so please if you are new at this, take the names of the moves to your gym or gym friend and ask them to illustrate. Be safe and have a blessed day! :)
