Here we have the effigy of Henry VII, founder of the Welsh Tudor - TopicsExpress

Here we have the effigy of Henry VII, founder of the Welsh Tudor dynasty who ruled England from 1485-1603, and who. later with the help of families like the Cecils (who also came from Wales), made England Protestant, which so shaped its culture thereafter. Then we have a pictures of James VI of Scots, who ruled England from 1603, with the descendants of this Scottish dynasty still on the English throne today. Finally we have a picture of Lady Katherine Grey and her Seymour son: the English dynasty who never were. And on that note here is a fact for some confused foreigners on the day the union is re-born ~: Scotland is not, and never has been a colony. They were empire builders not victims. The history of these islands is entwined and many of us are English, Welsh, Scots and irish by blood - as I am!
