Here ya go. Very good story from a husband whose wife had a thyroid problem. This can happen with Graves, Hashimotos, thyroiditis, thyroid cancer, hypo, and hyperthyroidism. It goes to show you that it affects lots of us the same way, and to treat us differently or terribly, and with disrespect, or to say very cruel things for something that is beyond our control is just plain wrong and disgusting. I wouldnt treat my worst enemy the way I was treated. Read it. Its very good and he explains it well. I did not party like this guys wife because thats not me and I never felt good, but I for sure had horrible mood swings and rages with loads of anxiety/panic attacks, etc....FYI: normal lab ranges for T3 are right around 2.0-4.0. My level when they first diagnosed me was almost 400!!! That affects your brain in a very bad way.....
