Here you are, this is what Ive been doing today - cooking for an organic food tour with Lee from Love-Lee Cooking ❤️ This was Christmas dinner on The Organic Experience Food tour! Local, nitrate free, honey ham from Sunnyville Free Range Pastured Pigs; curried prawn lettuce cups (prawns from Malanda Seafood); cranberry & rosemary spelt ciabatta; roasted vegetable salad; herb & garlic Paleo bread; beetroot, spinach & feta salad; and double fermented water kefir with cranberries... plus dips, crudités, and gluten free croutons. And for dessert, my mini macadamia lime cheesecakes, local organic Mungalli Creek Dairy cream (for those who arent dairy free!), strawberry dust, and macadamia honey from Wondaree Macadamias. 💗💗💗 Lots of lovely food to showcase our awesome local produce on the Atherton Tablelands!
