The inattention to several of these items is why the Republican Party leaves their base behind and gets whipped , badly , by the liberals . The liberals split the nation by promising the world to special interest groups and leaving national issues hidden . Really doesnt work well for anyone as even the special interests are coming to realize that they are gettin screwed as badly as everyone else . Ladies and Gentlemen , at this moment the Democratic and Republicans serve themselves rather than the Nation . That needs to stop , now . They need to be replaced with Independents . We need 90 million new American voters , those voters which sat out the 2012 election . You need to register to vote and do so as an Independent . A huge surge of new Independent voters will tell the two dominate Parties we have had enough , their day is done . Please register , now Leadership for the Nation must start now . Leadership cannot be based on politics or what is in the best interests of any particular Party or movement but on what is good for the Nation as a whole. I am announcing my candidacy for President of these United States . These are the first planks of my campaign. 1) I ask Congress to do away with the Obama Care ( Affordable Care Act . ) . Immediately . I ask Newt Gringrich to bring together qualified representatives of the following to plan and implement a 10 year program to design a sane , affordable and complete program that will actually work. Members should include Medical professionals of all stripes . The highest priority is to immediately begin an educational program which will identify and begin to train medical professionals as early as the age of 14 and streamline their education into the medical profession . Hospitals , rest homes , mental health facilities , pharmaceuticals , insurance and other aspects should be included in this committee . No government employee , agency or representative , save those required to implement the inclusion of Medicare / Medicaid into the operation of a National Health Care Program. Government exclusion should be a priority . Any person who believes that the government can design , implement and operate a program like this is out of their mind. Leave it to the Professionals . 2) I ask Gov . Rick Perry to form an Energy Policy committee designed to factor in each and every energy source transportation problems designed to reduce traffic , increase rail use , solve employment problems and require individuals who are not employed to immediately accept the job and go to work . Obama wants a tax increase and nothing will increase tax revenues faster than putting people to work and get them off government assistance. Gov. Perrys committee should include members of Conservation Movements and these EPA . All members should be aware that this will be a long term project which will serve the people of this nation , all of us , in the best manner . They should understand that that the idea that it is my way or the highway will not get it done . Gov. Perry should , in most cases , ignore the Federal government in the implementation of this program . When I take office anyone with this attitude will be out of a job. Again , we will , for the most part leave this program to Americans and keep the government as far away from it as possible. It should be made policy that all equipment be made in this country using American products. It would also be very wise of Gov. Perry to form a second committee charged with the re - education of the American public regards petroleum use . While the use of petroleum as a fuel causes some problems only a small percentage of each barrel of oil is actually used in gasoline or other fuels . Petroleum and the by products of petroleum touch our lives in every manner today and will for decades . Some factions paint nothing but gloom and doom about petroleum use and their lies and distortions go unchallenged . A presentation about the pros and cons of each energy source should be made where the average person has a true understanding of what we face and what the committee proposes to do about it . It is absolutely necessary that the American people understand and know the truth and made aware of what is actually being done and the challenges we face . For an instance most Americans do not understand how a well is drilled and how it is completed . They know nothing of the fracking process and production of petroleum. A re - education of America is necessary , immediately . The American people must be made to understand what high energy costs do to the cost of each and every product we use and need today . The higher the energy cost the more it costs us to survive each day . Ever wonder why your pay check does less and prices are so much higher ? It is not just your gasoline that goes up , it is everything you touch. Energy costs go up so do taxes , it costs government more to operate . Has anyone ever taken the time to explain to America what has to be done just in order to get a drilling permit ? NO ! Has anyone ever explained the taxes energy companies pay ? Get busy quickly , Gov . You got a lot of splainin to do here. 3) I ask Gov . Scott Walker to implement a water conservation and flood reduction policy committee designed to divert flood waters into areas of drought and storage . Potable water will be a huge problem in later years . Please note that I use the term potable rather than fresh water . Remember that . Again , the government must be kept at arms length as much as possible . This program will benefit all Americans , not a select few . Not only will it allow us to have good water to drink but will increase the productivity of our farms . 4) Trade - We need a commission to halt all the one sided trade agreements we are in until they can be revised . Why , if we are importing so much is it being done in sea going vessels not built , crewed or flagged in this Nation . A large merchant ship building program using American materials and made in this Nation and crewed by American merchant seamen can only be a huge asset . It would help revitalize our industry and create jobs. 5) I ask Joe Arpiao to form a committee to force illegal immigrants out of this country by destroying the support structure which enables , entices and encourages illegal entry and residence in this Nation . Any alien who does not return voluntarily to his / her country of origin shall be placed on the no fly / no entry list. Political influence shall be brought to bear on the Congress to accomplish this . A Bracero style work permit law shall be enacted to bring temporary workers into the labor pool as needed . Organizations which enable these illegals will have their tax free status revoked . Pressure will be brought on Nations which encourage their citizens to enter this Nation illegally . These governments should be held liable and punished for their action . E- Verify shall be used as a tool to deny such things as housing , jobs , utility services , auto ownership , insurance , bank services and etc. The 14th amendment shall be modified or challenged to deny its use for anchor babies .Any social services must be e - verified . Schools and hospitals must be required to immediately report the immigration status of people using them . It has been policy to not report the immigration status of users to hide the true illegal problem to American citizens . This must stop and be made public. The truth of the true cost illegals cause our citizens will be made public. Crimes committed by illegals and illegal alien jail / prison populations will be made public . The truth must be told . It is said we are a Nation of Laws . Only up to a point . While citizens are required to obey all our laws the illegals get amnesty and a pass . No more . We are supposed to be equal in the eyes of the law . Doesnt seem to be working that way in the political arena . 6) SecState : John Bolton A committee to close 65 % of the State department overseas involvements and a reduction in staff until the Department and its effectiveness is evaluated . Many of these employees can be transferred to the border patrol on the Southern border . Foreign aid , in its entirety will be halted pending a review of its effectiveness. Immigration will be halted and any country which has many of its citizens who are in this nation illegally will have all its citizens visas / passports / permits revoked immediately and they will be deported . Any Nation who allows its citizens to teach / preach hatred and destruction of this nation will be barred from any immigration at all. There will be an immediate review of and the results widely distributed to the Citizens of this nation any financing of foreign Nationals with tax payer money which directly compete with the taxpayers of this nation . 7) Lou Dobbs - A committee to immediately move Social Security Funds out of the general fund of the United States government and back into a Social Security Trust Fund . A balanced budget amendment and the termination of the IRS . There will be no more income tax . We will have a national sales tax and when and if collections amount to the budget collections will cease . Many IRS employees can be transferred to the Border Patrol on our southern border . Regarding the pay of federal employees they will no longer be allowed to be represented by a labor union . While sports figures , musicians , actors and artists , and the likes of ex - Presidents such as bill Clinton ( now worth about $100 million ) rake in the loot it is mainstream to denounce business executives , and business itself , for making money. It is also common practice for many and a common misconception that business moves overseas because of greed , and greed only . Therefore it would be very productive of Mr. Dobbs to impanel another committee to re-educate America on what it takes to actually operate a profitable business in this Nation . The likes of government rules and regulations , labor , trade treaties , utility costs . Transportation . Taxes . The Liberals and left have had their way in the propaganda arena for too long . It is time to present the facts . 8) The Department of Education is history . It duties will be returned to the States . Again we will add these employees to the ranks of the border patrol . All students are not made to be scholars . Everyone has their own niche . It is time educators realized this . Readin , writin , rithmetic . Do those right and everything else will come out ok. Basics must be mastered . Identify , as close as possible the niche each one fits and fine tune areas of instruction to them. Plumber . Carpenter . Metal smith . Health care professional . Mechanic. Soldier . What possible good can it do to try to keep someone who wants to be a police officer on a path that would take him / her to teaching ???? Waste , and a lot of it . The States can determine this much better than the federal government . Want something screwed up ? Leave it to the federal government . 9) All federal agencies will immediately undergo an attitude adjustment . You work for the citizens of this Nation and they pay you well . The It is my way or the highway attitude is history . You will do what is necessary for the majority of Americans and what is in their best interests . Better remember that . 10 ) An immediate review of Fast & Furious , Benghazi , NSA , IRS will take place . I will shortly decide on a very hard nosed prosecutor (s) for these . We will have the truth and any wrong doing will be punished. Somebody is going to jail . 11) Remember this , citizens . I do not want this job , but I need it . I do not want a speaking fee or a book deal . I do not want a legacy or a library . I do not want fame or fortune . I will not survive one term so I can guarantee that I will be a one term leader . I do not support either political party . I care not for politics. One & done. My only concern here is this Nation and our citizens. 12) I understand God and have a good relationship with Him. For those of you who do not believe in a God that is well and good . I will leave you alone . You leave me and my beliefs alone . My civil rights are as precious to me as yours are to you. I enjoy a Manger scene at Christmastime. That is my choice . You may not . If so dont look at it . Dont go near it . Leave it alone . Believe as you will but leave me and mine alone . Civil rights work both ways. Probably best you begin to understand this fact. Your convictions are your , mine are mine . Dont cross the line. 13) You will probably ask Why is this nut doing this now ? Now is the time . It will take months , if not years to repair the damages done by our politicians . We need to gegin thinking and planning on how and why these changes must be made . We have two major political parties , both who serve themselves instead of the nation and our citizens. Trainwreck. Listen to them . This is good for the Party . This is bad for the Party . It is not about the Party . It is about the Nation and all our citizens. These two parties have the election rules all set up to the point it is virtually impossible for anyone else to play the game . You got nearly a billion bucks to spend on an election ? Me neither . Obama did. 14 ) There were nearly 90 million ELIGIBLE voters in this Nation who stayed at home in 2012 and did not vote . They did not vote because they did not believe what they heard , did not like it or felt unrepresented . We need those 90 million . We do not need Blacks ,Hispanics or splinter groups to vote for what we believe in. We simply need Americans . Register to vote . Get others to vote . Register as an independent , and be loud . Vote . 15) it is very important that you realize and remember that when you cast your vote you are not voting for me , you are voting for this platform , or something very nearly like it . Keep that in mind. Remember that . You will be voting for our Nation , voting for something you can support and believe in . We have no leader in this nation . 16) Washington and Wall St . , Liberals and think tanks do not run this Nation . We do , if we stand up . The media thinks they can convince all of the error of the past ways of this Nation . Pity . It was a great place before they got involved. 17) It has been nearly 60 years since the beginning of equal rights , the Great Society other programs . that is three generations . I think everyone has gotten all we can give them and we must return to an equal playing field . We owe no one anything and we have nothing to be ashamed of. It has gotten to the point of mind over matter . They dont mind and we dont matter . Enough . 18 ) Big government has gotten us nothing but $17 trillion in debt and a huge trade deficit , questionable programs and policies and lie after lie after lie .
