Doesnt give anyone the right to become a killer, civilian or officer. Black White Latin or Asian. A criminal is a criminal. A thief is a thief. There are courtrooms and judges in this country that decide the fate of someone. This is not the middle east, or some kind of battlezone this is America. You think all black youth act like this, then maybe this isnt the place for. Only God would know what you would do in a room surrounded by unarmed innocent black males.
