Hereford County Hospital is fantastic!!Had to go to the VICTORIA EYE UNIT casualty at 11am yesterday with a problem I had 10 days ago when I was last there,but it had got worse. I was seen just after 1pm by the duty doctor (in his lunch hour!!)who eventually found that the retina was torn in the remotest part of the eye. At 2.15pm I had emergency laser surgery(66 shots)to start the healing process,and was out at 2.45pm and shopping in town!!Amazing!! Utmost respect for the staff of Hereford County Hospital for their care and attention!
