Heres a delicious and healthy dinner for you to try: Soy-Ginger Salmon Ingredients: -Fresh Salmon -Central Market Organic Soy Ginger marinade -Fresh broccoli, zucchini, and squash -brown rice (low sodium chicken broth to boil optional) -salt free seasoning Directions: -Preheat oven to 450 degrees -Place salmon in baking dish and add marinade. -bake for 25 minutes -boil rice in water or low sodium chicken broth -coat skillet with olive oil and grill chopped veggies, season to taste -when fully cooked, place salmon in bed of rice and add veggies!! Enjoy!!!
