Went to 5 guys for a burger tonight in the Trainyards in Ottawa. Bought the bacon cheeseburger, cajun fries and drink. Burger was awesome, done just right. Coke was Coke. Fries were the worst goddamn thing Ive put in my mouth since the cheese incident of 84. They were undercooked and coated in a paprika-flavoured saw dust/varnish blend. If I had peeled the termite-infested bark from from a dead oak tree and gnawed on it, I am convinced that the flavour would have been superior to those fries. They were so bad that I ate a grand total of 5 fries. I have no recollection of the last time I threw out a nearly full bag of fries. Note to self: stick to the burgers next time because that was awesome.
