Heres a great drill I picked up from @mobilitywod to improve the bottom of your squat without rounding your lower back (butt-winking). Wrapping the band around your hips and back into the sockets and clears any impingement (the thigh bone running into the pelvis). Keep the hips down and work on getting your knees out while keeping your feet forward. Then add some rotation in and out at the hips to clear more space. 2-5 minutes pre/post-workout is perfect. You can do it without the band but it wont be as effective. #yourbodyisyourbarbell #mobility #mobilitywod #becomingasuppleleopard
